Q:How many pieces samples can we ask each time?
A:Usually we provide each item 1-5 pieces samples for trial test by our customer. For some packing machine test,we will provide more after discussion with our customers.

Q:Can you assist us with the capping,labelling machine after we buy the pumps for your company?
A:Yes,sure,our technical engineer is also professional on the packing machine,especially the machine to pack shampoo,lotion,bath gel,liquid chemical,high viscosity liquid,etc.

Q:What is the lead time for the order?
A:Usually it takes about 30 days to complete the order production after we get the 30%deposit. If any technique like the lotion pump with golden finish,it would be 40 days to complete the order.

Q:How does your quality control?
A:Our QC department has a very standard process from the raw material,production,anti dust,test before shipment. And we also welcome our customer to ask a third party inspector to check the quality before shipment.

Q:Can we mix different products into one container?
A:Yes,we are glad to help you to mix different products into one container,however each item should reach our MOQ. Usually the MOQ is 10000PCS for each item.
